1999 Ford F350 Dually Lifted – Zone Offroad Products continues to expand its leaf spring applications with new 6-inch suspension systems designed specifically for 1999-2004 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. After more than a year of development and testing, these lift kits are now available to provide the stance, ride quality and off-road performance that Super Duty owners are looking for without breaking the bank.
At the heart of these new 6-inch lift systems is a pair of massive 9-leaf full-pack front leaf springs. By using thinner sheets of varying lengths in this 9-leaf arrangement, the springs are designed with a smaller spring arch, offering a number of benefits that late model Super Duty owners can take advantage of. In addition to improving ride quality and handling, as the springs are compressed under heavy loads, progressive spring rate progressive leaf springs are included, allowing these trucks to handle the extra weight without sagging. These springs are ready to install with re-fitted bushings and sleeves and offer a huge improvement over most leaf springs on the market today. Combined with the rest of the Zone 6″ system, it will offer an impressive ride quality and overall performance. The 6” systems use a pair of front leaf springs, a durable 1/4” steel rail bracket, forged drop pitman arm, brake relocation brackets, black e-coated replacement u-bolts and your choice of Zone Hydro or Nitro shocks. Out back, a pair of full-height 5-inch cast iron blocks replace the factory components in addition to added fenders to level out the stance and improve cargo handling. New longer u-bolts, center pins, and rear shocks complete the kit for 2000-2004 models. 1999 model year trucks also require replacement rear sway bar links and come with the kit.

Previous Article Jeepers in York for PA Jeep Show Next Article Zone Shows at Carlisle Truck Nationals Super Duties latest leaf spring offering is built around massive 9-leaf full-height front leaf springs. The thin, multi-leaf design of the leaf springs provides a great ride while maintaining the Super Duty’s heavy-duty character. By making the springs 9-leaf, we manage to keep the spring arc low, which improves the ride. Also, when the springs are loaded, all sheets engage in a progressive manner and withstand the added weight without sagging.
To make the steering function as well as the springs, a dropped pitman arm and rail shifter bracket are included. Damper relocation brackets keep the suspension from over-compressing, and the damper selection keeps the ride smooth and controlled.
For 2000-2004 models, the factory sway bar is retained by utilizing the ability of the factory mounts to be “flipped” to the frame. New sway bar links are provided for 1999 models – which explains the slightly higher cost of the kit. In the rear, full-height 5-inch blocks replace the factory components, and added fenders help get that last bit of lift needed for a level riding position.
Will this work on a 2000 f350. ( Double )…… Also, if I order this today, when will it be delivered? Are the leaf springs that come with the kit rear or front? I have a 2002 f250 srw that has the factory assist spring and aftermarket airbags. Will I be able to keep both after installing this lift
