2021 Chevy Reaper Price Custom Truck

2021 Chevy Reaper Price Custom Truck – Chevy has always been known for experimentation, and the 2022 Chevy Reaper is the most recent example. With a sporty look aimed at off-road truck fans who also want to drive in style, the Chevy Reaper aims to be the best of both worlds. Chevy aims for the Reaper to be a pickup that competes with the Ford Raptor, but does this dirt road lover have what it takes?

Currently, many of the specific details of the Chevy Reaper are unknown. The truck has yet to be released to dealers and is still in development. But still – the speculation is based on the 2021 model, which was an impressive pickup, to say the least.

According to FourXFourCars, wecan expect the Chevy Reaper to have an updated version of its 5.3-liter V8 capable of delivering up to 550 horsepower and 575 lb-ft of torque. The Chevy Reaper’s engine may be mated to the same six-speed automatic transmission from the 2021 model, and drivers should probably expect a 0-60 time of around 5.0 seconds.

The interior of the Chevy Reaper will likely be similar to the 2022 Silverado High Country, give or take a few minor features. With 5 passenger seats in the 4-door version, there is certainly plenty of room for passengers to feel comfortable. However, Chevy has lagged behind both Ford and Ram in terms of interior quality and trim levels.

If Chevy takes its time to offer higher-quality leather, infotainment displays, and more accommodating, comfortable seats, the Reaper could steal some of the high-performance market’s attention from the Ford Raptor.

Whether you like trucks or not, the 2021 Chevy Reaper is a beautiful beast. Expect many of the same design choices for the 2022 model, including a Corsa exhaust system (probably true dual exhaust), Fox Racing suspension, heavy-duty skid plates, and beefy off-road tires on flashy 20-inch rims.

For all these benefits, expect to pay somewhere north of $60,000 for a 2022 Reaper. Don’t forget to factor in potential packages or add-ons you might want, including a towing package, satellite radio, special driver assistance technology — and of course, your destination charge.

Lingenfelter and Southern Comfort Automotive piqued our interest late last month with the digital unveiling of the Chevrolet Reaper, a custom Silverado designed to tackle some seriously rough terrain. While that car made its original debut at the North American Dealers Association show, the 2014 Chicago Auto Show marks our first in-person look at it, as well as the truck’s public debut.

The Reaper’s suspension sports Fox Racing shocks and lifts the truck three inches, providing an increase in both ground clearance and suspension travel. The truck rides on 20-inch wheels that are wrapped in General Grabber tires, while both the 5.3-liter and 6.2-liter V8s benefit from a Lingenfelter exhaust. A Magnuson TSV1900 supercharger is an optional goodie on both engines, as are 17-inch beadlock wheels.

SoCo and Lingenfelter also made some changes to the overall look of the truck, giving it new bumpers, hood, grille and fender flares. LED driving lights come as standard, as do integrated off-road lamps.
