Silverado Black Widow 2019 Excellent

Silverado Black Widow 2019 Excellent – Today’s trucks fill a multitude of roles for consumers. Some need the versatility of a towing and towing truck, while others want their truck to offer a luxurious ownership experience with high-quality leather and the latest technology. So, it’s no surprise that buyers can buy some expensive trucks that demand levels of money like luxury cars. The 2019 Chevy Silverado in the video above, which has nearly $32,000 worth of upgrades, is the latest example of how easy it is to add new-car value to a truck.

The Chevy truck started life as a $50,295 LTZ, but how did the final price reach $82,096? The 6.2-liter V8 under the hood added $2,495. It has a $550 Z71 package that adds Rancho shocks and skid plates, while a spray-on bed liner was a $545 option. The Silverado also got the LTZ Premium Package which included a power liftgate, navigation and more.

The price really skyrockets with the aftermarket upgrades – almost $21,000 worth of goodies. These include a 6-inch lift, BF Goodrich all-terrain tires, Black Widow rims and tinted windows. The two-tone look isn’t a wrap — it’s colored that way. Other upgrades include wheel-to-wheel side skirts, black exhaust tips and new mufflers.

Inside, the Black Widow logo is embroidered on the headrests. Logo is also used as puddle lamps. The truck has heated and ventilated seats, a heated leather steering wheel and a sunroof. Aftermarket upgrades include gloss-black painted interior trim on the doors and center console, and red LED footwell lights.

Are all these upgrades necessary? Of course not. On the other hand, justifying the need for a $50,000 truck would be difficult for most people. But that’s not the point. The trucks have a robust aftermarket scene that allows owners to customize their rides however they want. And that’s pretty handy. 2019 Chevy Silverado RST Gets $18,000 Spider Makeover, Listed at $71,000. Act fast and you can get it for $61,000.

We all know pickup trucks are expensive these days. In fact, you can step into the world of full-size pickup trucks in the US for a pretty reasonable amount, provided you can drive a base vehicle with only modest power and few features. However, start checking the option boxes and the costs skyrocket faster than a SpaceX launch. Add in a custom build like the one found on this new Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST and it hits $70,000

Technically speaking, the total price for this lifted Silverado is $70,936 as listed by Bachman Chevrolet, the Louisville, Kentucky dealer that sells this monster. The video tour is courtesy of the Chevy Dude on YouTube, and folks familiar with custom Silverados will recognize this as one of the Black Widow builds from SCA Performance. The truck starts life as the already stylish Silverado RST with a base price of $47,490, but the Black Widow conversion spares no detail.

Chevrolet Silverado Black Widow Pickup

In addition to big bumpers, custom nerf bars, and ominous Black Widow badging, the pickup gets a six-inch suspension with custom wheels and big off-road tires. Red brake caliper covers shine through the wheels, and fake air vents add some pizzazz to the hood. Inside, the pickup gets a custom leather interior with more Black Widow branding, red interior lights, and a cool Black Widow spider projector that illuminates the ground when you open the driver’s or passenger’s side doors.

According to Bachman Chevrolet, the upgrade adds $18,046 to the final price, bringing the total to the aforementioned $70,936. However, the dealership also lists an “Open Door Event Price” of $61,071, which honestly doesn’t sound like a shame considering this truck’s poor rating. And it’s not like this is the most expensive Silverado you can get—a fully loaded, all-wheel-drive High Country Crew Cab model costs $72,000, and it doesn’t even come with spider decals.

Is $61,071 still too much for a new Chevy Silverado with a lift kit and tires, or would you leave this in your garage without a second thought? Tell us what you think.
